This guide provides important information, such as library resources, tutoring and mentoring, campus safety and security, career and academic planning, financial aid, and student support services.

The Tutoring & Mentoring Center

NOTE: Until further notice, all tutoring will be available through Blackboard Collaborate, email and telephone.

You can either make an appointment for more in-depth tutoring or drop-in via Collaborate for some quick help each Monday and Thursday from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm.

Tutoring Services

• Face-to-face professional tutoring services are available in English, reading, and math.
• Online, professional tutoring is available in the following courses:

Accounting 1100
Biology 2113
Biology 2114
Chemistry 1211
English 1010
English 1101
and all math courses

Mentoring Services

• Peer mentors coach, guide, encourage, and support students in their coursework. 
• Peer mentors must apply to serve and undergo training in order to work with students. 
• We can provide peer mentoring in the subject areas and at the times during which we have volunteers available.
