Final Transcripts

FINAL transcripts will not reflect "GRADUATED" status until approximately 8-10 weeks after completion.

Transcripts needed for certifications/licensure

Please allow 8-10 weeks for an official award to appear on your transcript.

You can still request your transcript through Parchment; you will need to select the "Hold Until After Degree" option, so your transcript does not automatically process.

Official

For information on ordering your official transcript, please visit https://www.sctech.edu/registrar/transcripts/.

Unofficial

To access your unofficial transcript, follow the instructions below:

1. Log in to BannerWeb
2. The Username is your Social Security number
3. The PIN is your birthdate in the MMDDYY format. Be sure to use just the 2-digit year not 4-digit
4. Go to: Student Services & Financial Aid → Student Records → Academic Transcript
5. Select Unofficial from the Type dropdown menu
6. Click Submit
