If you have forgotten your password, you will be able to reset it with your SMS, Voice Call, or Secondary Email and then by answering your forgotten password question. You can see or change your forgotten password options on the settings page below the change password area. It is recommended that you input each of these as an option for recovery in case you only have access to one at the time of recovery.
If you don't provide this information, you won't be able to reset the password on your own and you may be waiting until the next business day for help.
