Logging in to Okta
To log in to Okta for the first time, you will need your student email address, password, and your cell phone.
Using either Chrome or Firefox (not Safari) go to the Okta portal at login.sctech.edu
- Enter your entire student email address in the Username box
- Enter your password (example: Tigers654321)
- Select Setup under SMS
- Enter your cellphone number (you must have the phone with you to receive the code)
- Select Send Code
- Enter the verification code that is texted to your phone
- Select Finish
- Enter Secondary email (personal email)
- Select a Security Code question and write your answer
- Skip the last step on this page and select Create My Account
- Select Remind Me Later (this may or may not appear)
