SCTC is a registered participant in the federal work authorization program commonly known as E-Verify.

The College utilizes the program to verify employment eligibility of all individuals hired on or after July 1, 2007.

The following are examples of documents which must be collected:

  • Government Issued Identification (Driver's License, Passport, etc.)
  • Social Security Card, Employment Authorization Card, Voters Registration Card
  • U.S. Military ID Card, Birth Certificate

SCTC also collects the following documents:

  • Official Transcripts
  • Copy of Licensure

Getting Started...

Visit http://team.georgia.gov/ to:

  • View and print out your paycheck stub
  • Submit your work hours through time and labor
  • Review and update your personal information
  • Review your pay and compensation history
  • Review and update tax withholding information
  • Update your direct deposit and other deduction or contribution information

Note: If you change your direct deposit routing or account number, you will receive a paper check for that month and it will be direct deposited in subsequent months.

Getting Started...

To log onto http://team.georgia.gov/:

  • Click on "MY ACCOUNT"
  • Enter your user ID and password, if you already know it. If you don't know your user ID, contact Human Resources
  • Use your Social Security Number (without dashes) for your initial password
  • Create a new password, when prompted
  • Create new security questions, if you have not done so
  • On the top left side of the screen, click on Main Menu, then Self Service.

Getting Started...

  • Initial paycheck are NOT direct deposit
  • Paychecks are mailed to your address as listed in Team GA
  • Time must be submitted through Time and Labor by the close of business each Monday for the hours worked the previous week
  • Delay in submitting time for approval will result in a delay in processing your paycheck
