SCTC ID Badges and Parking Decals
SCTC ID Badges must be worn at all times.
All vehicles must have an employee parking decal clearly visible at all times.
To obtain a Parking Decal, go to www.sctech.edu > select Police/Emergency > select Parking > select Parking Permit Request. Then follow any given directions.
Reporting On-the-Job Injuries
Immediately report any injuries incurred on the job:
For an emergency with serious injuries, seek treatment first!!! Call 911.
Student Illnesses and Medical Emergencies
If a student becomes ill or is injured in your presence or under your supervision, follow these guidelines:
For All Medical Emergencies:
The Student Activity Fee provides students with insurance coverage for medical attention required due to injuries or sudden illness requiring emergency response and which occur while the student is engaged in College activities.

Filing Campus Police Reports
Contact Campus Police to initiate a report for ALL incidents that occur on campus, no matter the circumstances.
Campus Police is the repository for all incident reports occurring on our Campuses and Centers.
JEANNE CLERY ACT
It is the obligation of Southern Crescent Technical College to ensure orderly operation, to protect the rights of all members of the SCTC community, to prohibit acts which materially and substantially interfere with legitimate educational objectives, or interfere with the rights of others and to take disciplinary action where conduct adversely affects the College’s pursuit of its educational objectives. To this end, SCTC complies with the Title II of Public Law 101-542, Crime Awareness and Campus Security Act—also known as the "Jeanne Clery Act."
The Act requires the college to make available the report of campus crime statistics for the previous calendar year by October 1st each year. The SCTC Campus Safety and Security Report for the current period is available at Annual Clery Security Report A copy of the report is also available for review in the Campus Police Office, located at 501 Varsity Road Griffin, Georgia. The file is also attached to this Libguide.
